Crasora

Nutzungsbedingungen

Stand: 14. Oktober 2026

2. Was Crasora bietet

Terms of Use

Last updated: 14 October 2026

1. Provider and scope

These terms apply to the use of the Crasora app. The provider is the person named in the legal notice (“we”). For purchases in the App Store, Apple's terms also apply, including the Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

2. What Crasora offers

Crasora helps you build small daily habits: you create habits, check them off, collect XP and streaks, and can talk to Aura, a coach whose replies are generated by AI. The core features are free. Some features have daily limits or are reserved for Premium; the app shows the current scope.

3. Account

You can use Crasora without an account. Some features require one, for example AI replies from Aura. Use an email address that belongs to you and keep your password secret. An account is personal and not transferable. You must be at least 16 years old.

You can delete your account at any time in the app under Settings → “Delete account permanently”.

4. Premium subscription

  • You buy Premium as a subscription through the App Store. The App Store shows price and term before you buy; billing goes through your Apple ID.
  • The subscription renews automatically for the chosen term unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
  • If the app offers a free trial, it turns into a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
  • You can cancel in your device settings under your Apple ID → Subscriptions, or in the app via “Manage subscription”.
  • Deleting the app or your account does not end the subscription. Cancel it in the App Store first.
  • Refunds and any right of withdrawal are governed by Apple's terms. Refunds are requested from Apple.

5. Aura is an AI

Aura's replies are generated automatically. They may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable. Aura does not give medical, psychological, legal or financial advice and is no substitute for professional help.

If you are not doing well or are in a crisis, please reach out to people who can help: in an emergency, call your local emergency number (112 in the EU).

6. Fair use

Use Crasora only within the law and these terms. In particular, you may not bypass limits or security features, query or overload the app or our servers in an automated way, or use Aura to create or spread unlawful content.

7. Availability and changes to the app

We keep developing Crasora and may change features. We aim for smooth operation but cannot guarantee it, for example during maintenance or outages at service providers. We do not materially reduce paid Premium features during a paid term.

8. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are only liable for breach of an essential contractual obligation – one whose fulfilment makes performance of the contract possible in the first place and on which you may regularly rely. In that case liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.

9. Ending use

You can stop using Crasora and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or delete an account that seriously or repeatedly violates these terms; we will inform you of a suspension where possible. You cancel a running subscription in the App Store.

10. Changes to these terms

We will inform you of material changes in the app in good time. They only apply once you agree to them.

11. Law and dispute resolution

German law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory protections of the country where you habitually reside. We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

If any provision is invalid, the rest remain valid.

The German version is authoritative.
